Shipping Info: Please allow 1 week for shipping of all items. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive once shipped.
International Orders: International orders may be subject to pay duties and taxes, which is out of our control. Please allow 10-25 days for your order to arrive once shipped depending on where you live.
Size Changes: Once an order is placed, the size of the item(s) cannot be changed.
Refund/Return Policy: We do not accept returns, or issue refunds. All sales are final.
Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The buyer commits to full responsibility when purchasing. Please contact USPS, or your local Postal Carrier to locate your package, and or file a lost package report.
Incorrect Addresses: ERA is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If the buyer's package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is FULLY RESPONSIBLE to cover the cost to reship the package.
Color Policy: We cannot 100% guarantee that each item will look identical to the way it is shown on a device. We always do our best to accurately portray colors, but occasionally there will be a slight variance.
